Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: August 20, 2026.

exo[intel]'s attack-surface tools (port scanning, TLS and header inspection, subdomain and technology discovery, automated footprinting) and identity-exposure tools are not included in any subscription plan. They are enabled per account, by us, for a named organisation under a separate agreement — a paid plan alone never unlocks them. Where enabled, they may only be run against systems and domains you own or have explicit written authorization to test. You agree not to use exo[intel] to:

  • scan, probe, or attack systems without the owner's authorization;
  • stalk, harass, dox, or unlawfully surveil any individual;
  • violate any applicable law, including computer-misuse and data-protection law;
  • connect a Telegram account to our Telegram search tool that is not your own, or that you are not authorized to use; or
  • circumvent rate limits, resell API access, or scrape the service at scale.

If you connect a Telegram account, our tool acts as your connection method, not as a separate account holder — you remain subject to Telegram's own Terms of Service for that account, and you can disconnect it from exo[intel] at any time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without a refund.

This policy governs every tool in the service, including the restricted ones noted on Pricing, and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Questions: support@exointel.watch.
