If you're not satisfied with a paid EXOINTEL plan, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase or of a renewal charge — no questions asked. To request one, email exocriador@gmail.com with the email address on your account. Refunds are typically processed within a few business days.
All EXOINTEL purchases are sold by Paddle.com Market Limited, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the actual refund transaction back to your original payment method and can also be contacted directly regarding a charge that appears on your statement from “Paddle” or “PADDLE.NET”.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not by itself refund the current billing period — use the 14-day window above if you want the current charge back. You can cancel anytime from the account cabinet's PLAN section, which opens Paddle's customer portal.
We may decline a refund where there is evidence of abuse of this policy (e.g. repeated purchase-and-refund cycles) or of a violation of our Terms of Service.
