Terms of Service

1. Who we are

EXOINTEL (“EXOINTEL”, “we”, “us”) is a real-time planetary intelligence system: a live map of flights, maritime traffic, satellites, wildfires, earthquakes, news, and cyber threats, combined with a browser-based OSINT recon toolkit (DNS, WHOIS, certificate transparency, port scanning, threat intelligence, and related lookups). EXOINTEL is operated by Oleh Tatarynov, a sole proprietor, of Kherson, Ukraine. You can reach us at exocriador@gmail.com.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

3. Acceptable use

EXOINTEL's recon tools (port scanning, DNS/WHOIS lookups, subnet sweeps, and similar active-reconnaissance features) may only be run against systems and domains you own or have explicit authorization to test. You agree not to use EXOINTEL to:

• scan, probe, or attack systems without the owner's authorization;
• stalk, harass, dox, or unlawfully surveil any individual;
• violate any applicable law, including computer-misuse and data-protection law; or
• circumvent rate limits, resell API access, or scrape the service at scale.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without a refund.

4. Subscriptions & billing

EXOINTEL offers a free tier and paid subscription tiers (see Pricing). Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. All purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our authorized reseller — Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles payment collection, sales tax/VAT, and related customer service inquiries (billing questions, invoices, refunds). 5. Termination

You may stop using EXOINTEL and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful use of the service.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

EXOINTEL aggregates third-party data feeds (flight, maritime, weather, seismic, threat-intel, and similar public sources) and is provided “as is”, without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EXOINTEL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on data it displays.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
