Terms of Service

1. Who we are

exo[intel] (“exo[intel]”, “we”, “us”) is a real-time planetary intelligence system: a live map of flights, maritime traffic, satellites, wildfires, earthquakes, news, and cyber threats, combined with a browser-based OSINT recon toolkit (DNS, WHOIS, certificate transparency, threat intelligence, and related lookups). exo[intel] is operated by Oleh Tatarynov, a sole proprietor, of Kherson, Ukraine. 2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

3. Acceptable use

exo[intel]'s attack-surface and identity-exposure tools may only be run against systems, domains and individuals you own or have explicit authorization to investigate — no stalking, harassment, doxxing, or unauthorized scanning. Full terms, including the rules for connecting a Telegram account, are in our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of this agreement. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it without a refund.

4. Subscriptions & billing

exo[intel] offers a free tier and paid subscription tiers (see Pricing). Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. All purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our authorized reseller — Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles payment collection, sales tax/VAT, and related customer service inquiries (billing questions, invoices, refunds). 5. Termination

You may stop using exo[intel] and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful use of the service.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

exo[intel] aggregates third-party data feeds (flight, maritime, weather, seismic, threat-intel, and similar public sources) and is provided “as is”, without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, exo[intel] is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on data it displays.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
