- What is exo[intel]?
- A live map of the world as it happens — flights, ships, wildfires, earthquakes, satellites, news and cyber threats, all on one globe — next to a set of lookups that answer questions about what you find: who registered a domain, where it points, how an address is routed, what a network already publishes about itself. It runs in the browser, phones included, so there is nothing to install.
- How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my plan?
- Once payments are open, everything is self-serve from inside the app: open your account dashboard and use the Overview section to change or cancel through the Paddle billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals but doesn't refund the period you've already paid for.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Yes, within a limited window of your purchase or latest renewal charge, no questions asked — see the Refund Policy for the exact window, or just email us and we'll take care of it.
- Do I need to verify my email before I can sign in?
- No. Registration is open: your account is active the moment you create it, so you can sign in straight away — we don't send a verification email. If you can't get in, use the password reset link on the sign-in form; that one we do send.
- I forgot my password
- Use "Forgot password" on the login screen — it sends a time-limited reset link to your account email.
- How does two-factor authentication (2FA) work?
- It's optional and TOTP-based (any authenticator app), enabled from your account dashboard. You get one-time recovery codes when you set it up — keep them safe, since recovering access without one requires a human.
- Is there a mobile app?
- No — exo[intel] is a responsive web app that works in any modern mobile browser, so there's nothing to install.
- How do I contact support?
- Signed in, the fastest way is the Support panel inside the app — it's answered by our AI assistant and escalates to a human when needed. Not signed in yet? Message us on Telegram or by email — see below.
